Meet the Owner

Hi,
I’m Mandy and I run a family owned flower farm in Rock Port, Missouri. Flower and Forged Farms less than an hour south of Omaha, Nebraska—a place I called home for several years before meeting the love of my life, my husband Thomas. Together with our kids by our side we grow and arrange specialty cut flowers for our Northwest Missouri community as well wholesale blooms for several event and retail floral designers.
The thing I love most about flowers and how I got my start jumping into flower farming was a moment of peace and wholeness in the garden. After a hard few weeks I saw my daughter chasing butterflies in our then humble zinnia patch. It was in that moment where I knew all my worries need not exist, the flowers brought beauty, calm, and joy for my then worried soul. But I soon saw how these humble flowers brought joy, memories, and beauty to others and was encouraged by my community to pursue flowers.
